These terms apply to your use of sundiagnostics.co.in, the website of Sun Diagnostics, a diagnostic centre and pathology lab in Seawoods, Navi Mumbai. By using the website you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Information on this website
The test pages and articles on this website are for general information. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Always talk to a qualified doctor about your symptoms, the tests you need and what your results mean.
We try to keep the information accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that every page is complete or free of errors.
Bookings and enquiries
Sending the appointment form, a WhatsApp message or an email is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed only when our team contacts you to confirm the test, the time and, where it applies, the home collection visit.
Please give correct contact details and tell us about any preparation you have been advised to follow, such as fasting.
Tests and reports
The tests available, the preparation needed and the time taken for a report differ from test to test. Our team will tell you what applies to your test when you book.
A laboratory report should be read by your doctor together with your symptoms and medical history. Do not start, stop or change any medicine on the basis of a report alone.
Prices and packages
Prices and package details shown on the website may change and may differ from the price at the time of your test. The price is confirmed when you book.
Home sample collection
Home sample collection depends on the area, the test and the time slots available. We will tell you at the time of booking whether it is available for you.
